If you made the reservation through other channels and don’t have the room number and door code information, please come directly to the hotel reception and we will receive you warmly at our hotel’s main gate and provide you your room number and door code that you can have access to your room and enjoy your stay.

Customers can also make their reservation at the reception. Reception service is available from 07 to 23 hrs.
