Mango Hotel uses a door code system which is extremely reliable and will be working perfectly during your stay. With the door code and the room number, customers can check-in any time after 15:00 hrs of check-in date. If the door code does not work or the doors do not open, the problem might either be that the code is entered incorrectly or there has been a misunderstanding of some sort somewhere along the line. If the incorrect door code is entered by mistake, please wait for 10 seconds and then enter the door code again which will unlock the door.
Customers can check-in directly in to their rooms, there is no need to wait in the reception. All doors to the confirmed room can be accessed with the same door code. Door code code will work throughout your stay and the code will stop working at 12 noon on check-out date.
The reception is located on the ground floor and is open from 07 to 23 hrs. The staff is available till every customer for that day checks-in. Customers can also get the door code and the room number from the reception.

In cases where you do not have the door code, just ring the reception bell at the main door and press the bell. The hotel staff will attend you in a few minutes.
